Ideas and tips for colouring the unicorn sleeping on the moon

To begin coloring this drawing, you can use soft pastel tones that complement the unicorn’s sweetness. The unicorn’s body can be a light white or pale pink, with light shadows added using colored pencils or pastels to give it more depth. The mane and tail are perfect for playing with rainbow colors: try blues, purples, and pinks to create a magical effect. You can even add sparkles with metallic pencils or glitter to give a sense of an enchanted glow. The crescent moon can be colored in silver or soft yellow tones to create an ethereal effect as if illuminated by starlight. The stars surrounding the unicorn can be yellow, silver, or gold, and you can use gradient techniques to make some shine brighter than others, giving the night sky a magical atmosphere. An interesting trick is to use watercolors for the background sky, creating a soft gradient from blue to purple, or even adding a touch of pink for a more dreamy effect. Shadows on the unicorn and the moon can be applied softly with graphite pencils or darker tones of the main colors you’ve chosen, adding more dimensionality to the scene.
