Description
This drawing of a girl under the rain with her umbrella is perfect for playing with different textures and color effects. You can start by bringing the umbrella to life with bright, contrasting colors that stand out against the grey, rainy background. The girl’s boots are also a fun detail where you can add vibrant colors, maybe red or yellow, which always look cheerful on a rainy day.
For the background, you can create a water effect using shades of gray and soft blue, using quick strokes to represent raindrops. If you’re feeling creative, try adding highlights in the puddles with lighter pencils, such as white or silver, to simulate the shine of the water. Adding soft shadows under the girl and around the puddles will give the scene more depth and realism.
