Description
The dinosaur in the drawing is a Brachiosaurus, one of the most famous and recognizable sauropods due to its long neck and upright posture. This herbivorous dinosaur lived during the Jurassic period and is characterized by its front legs being longer than the hind legs, which allowed it to reach the treetops to feed on leaves and tall vegetation. Brachiosaurus could grow up to 25 meters in length and weigh around 50 tons. They were peaceful animals that lived in herds and roamed large plains and forests in search of food.

Brachiosaurus colouring tips and ideas
- Brachiosaurus Skin: You can use gray, green, or brown tones to give it a natural look. These colors help represent how it might have blended into its surroundings. Add shadows on the neck and legs to give it depth and a three-dimensional effect.
- Skin Details: If you want the brachiosaurus to look more interesting, add some spots or patterns on the skin with a slightly darker color. This can give it a more realistic appearance.
- Vegetation: The plants around the dinosaur, like palm trees and bushes, can be colored in different shades of green to represent a jungle. Use light and dark tones to create a light and shadow-effect.
- Mountains and Ground: The mountains in the background can be gray or brown tones. The ground can be brown with small green spots to represent low vegetation. Add shadows on the ground beneath the dinosaur and the vegetation for more depth.
- Sky and Background: Use light blue for the sky and white for the clouds. You can add a soft yellow touch on the horizon to give a morning or sunset light effect.
