About this drawing

Angry Hulk is Hulk at his most powerful. This Marvel character follows one special rule: the madder he gets, the stronger he gets. So when he yells and clenches his fists, it is best to step back.

Hulk is the other side of Bruce Banner, a quiet and very smart scientist. When Bruce gets stressed or upset, his body starts to grow, his skin turns green and he becomes a giant who can lift tanks and smash walls with his bare hands.

The trouble is that Hulk does not always control what he does. Deep down he wants to protect people, but sometimes his anger makes him wreck everything in his path. Bruce works hard to stay calm so Hulk does not show up at the worst possible moment.

Hulk's story teaches something important: everyone gets angry sometimes, and learning to calm down keeps us from hurting the people we love. Taking deep breaths, counting to ten or talking about our feelings work much better than roaring like Hulk. With a little practice, anyone can learn to handle anger better than the green giant does.
