About this drawing

Avengers Hulk takes us back to the very first Avengers team in Marvel's comics. Along with Iron Man, Thor, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Hulk joined forces to stop a very powerful enemy.

He did not stay long, though. His temper made him hard to work with, and the others had trouble trusting him, so he left very early on. Over the years he has come back to help the Avengers many times, especially when they need a huge amount of muscle.

In the movies, Hulk is the strongest member of the team. In one famous scene, his teammates ask him to get angry so he can fight an invading army, and Bruce Banner replies that his secret is that he is always angry.

Being an Avenger is not only about having powers. Team members learn to listen, trust each other and combine their skills. Hulk brings the strength, but he also needs his friends to keep him from losing control. That lesson works outside the comics too, at school, on a sports team or at home with family. Everyone has a different talent, and putting those talents together makes any group stronger.
